Our New Website Is Finally Here!

What’s New?

Users of our new website will be able to set up a profile to view and compare properties online. Much like ASOS, they can then favourite them as “saved” on their account. Once you have found your dream home, you’ll be able to book viewings through the site and talk to our Lettings Team.

The website will also feature a brand-new property search function, which helps narrow down exactly what you are looking for in a home.

A lot of thought has also gone into the look and aesthetic of our new website. The new branding really reflects who we are as a vibrant private rent company with a vision to be the go-to for renters in London.

Strong functionality and usability have been huge factors in the development of this new website. Many hours have been spent working on this with our Media Agency, Focus IMC to create the best website possible for exploring our available homes and telling the story of who Folio are as a brand and our ethos for building homes.

The faces of the Folio London Team will also feature on the staff directory section of the website within time, so you can familiarise yourself with the great people that make up our company!

Our new website also has a range of useful documents and resources for renters whether you rent with us or not we are here renters across London, providing useful guides and information for renting.
